* Where Easter, Thanksgiving (4th Thursday of November), Christmas and New Year fall within these months, peak charges apply for the week, dependent on length of stay.
All prices quoted for rental of the villa are PER WEEK (not per person).
Additional days booked will be calculated on a pro rata basis. A booking may commence on any day of the week.
We have supplied the villa with a travel cot and high chair which are free of charge. Any additional cots/highchairs would need to be rented from the management company, which we can arrange in advance.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £12 (US$25) per day. Heating is generally needed during the months of September to April inclusive. Depending on the time of year, heating may be needed for an additional 24-48 hours prior to your booking date to allow time for the pool to heat up.
Bookings of less than 7 days will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50 (US$90).

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days, pending receipt of completed booking form and payment of deposit of 25% of the rental.
Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to the date of departure.
A separate security deposit for damages/exceptional cleaning costs of £150 (US$250) will also be required at this time. This deposit cheque will be held by us and not cashed. It will be returned to you after your stay, unless we are advised of additional costs or breakages by our management company, in which case you will receive a pro rata refund, depending on the costs incurred, or the deposit will be held in full if necessary.

Rentals commence from 4.00pm
We would ask that the villa be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. This enables the management company to ready the property for the next guests. Later departures by arrangement - they may incur an additional fee - please ask when booking.
Keys and directions to the villa will be sent to you once full payment has been received.
