Newly refurbished in April 2007, the fully air-conditioned house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (the master with a large king-sized bed has an ensuite bathroom). There is a further double room with a queen bed as well as two twin rooms; the house can comfortably accommodate 8 people. We also provide a high chair and travel cot free of charge (but you would need to provide your own cot bedding).

The house has a large open-plan kitchen fitted with everything you will need, including a large fridge/freezer (complete with ice dispenser), dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker and hob, down to a toaster, kettle and teapot! There is a television with digital cable TV as well as a DVD player and Playstation2 in the lounge and cable TV is in 3 of the bedrooms, including the master. All towels and bedding are provided as part of the rental.

The open plan lounge and dining area is light and airy with a cool tiled floor, an extremely relaxing atmosphere after those busy days at the parks, playing golf or at other attractions. It looks out over the pool to a strip of woodland which separates the house from the golf course.

The utility area has a washing machine and dryer - you are not allowed to dry clothes outside in Florida, despite all that wonderful sunshine. There is also a clothes line in the garage.

We have incorporated a games area into part of the garage, complete with pool table which has a table top accessory to allow you to play table tennis or air hockey.  There is also table football.  Something for everyone - noone can say they're bored!

Alternatively, just sit by the pool and enjoy the sunset with a large glass of wine while hubby cooks the food on the large barbecue.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of Highlands Reserve, the villa is in a quiet location far from the main road . The screened pool area at the back of the villa opens out onto a grass area and trees which screen it from the golf course, making it very peaceful and quiet - there is plenty of deck furniture for relaxing. With a large patio area it is ideal for barbecues and eating alfresco.

Guests are also able to use the community pool, tennis courts and children's play area.  We have also provided tennis racquets for your use.  For golfers, Highlands Reserve Golf clubhouse course is just at the end of the road, but best book in advance.

The property is managed by a local company who provide an excellent service should there be any need to call on them.
